Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We are pleased to offer express shipping for all orders. An order will take up to 48 hours to process before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a tracking number.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.
Delivery times communicated are estimates and are to be used as guides only. In any event, we will deliver your order within 8 to 10 working days after accepting your order.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you may find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates for shipping may vary.
Returns and Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
We are pleased to offer returns for online orders within SEVEN (7) calendar days from date of reception. To request a return, kindly reach out to us at info.dhritiwadiwala@gmail.com
We do not accept returns of merchandise purchased on any site other than dhritiwadiwala.com
- Returns are accepted if the item is defected, if the item is wrong or if the product was lost during shipment.
- Items must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
- Custom made items cannot be returned - Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed.
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser by bank transfer. Duties, taxes and shipping fees aren’t reimbursed.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders can’t be cancelled after confirmation. The items can be returned as indicated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customization
What are your customization options?
In terms of customization, we offer requested changes in the design based on wearability and comfort of the customer, including color options (as per availability) and alterations in the design. To request custom changes in your order, please reach out to us at info.dhritiwadiwala@gmail.com with your Order Number and requirements, and our team will reach out to you.

What are the measurements for the sizes available?
For our collections, here is a size chart of the sizes we offer. In case you feel like none seem right, we do offer custom fittings, design and alterations.
Fabric Care
What precautions should I keep in mind while washing your garments?
Dry clean only to maintain the lustrous finish and delicate nature of satin fabric. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to prevent color fading. Store your satin dress in a cool, dry place, and avoid hanging heavy items on it to prevent snags or stretching.
Standard Working Hours
What are your standard working hours?
Our standard working hours are Monday to Saturday - 10:30 IST to 19:00 IST (excluding any Indian national or public holidays)
